Warrior 3 pose is a standing yoga pose that strengthens and tones the legs, core, and back. To perform this pose, stand with your feet together and arms at your sides. Shift your weight onto your left leg and lift your right leg up so it's parallel to the floor. Reach your arms forward and out parallel to the floor, then slowly bend forward at the hips, reaching your hands towards the floor. Hold the pose for 5-10 breaths and repeat on the other side.
