Stand relaxed, with your feet together. You can also slightly move them apart, if that feels comfortable. Lift the toes up, spread them, and press them firm to the floor, or mat.
Feel the support, from the floor. Let your shoulders relax, and gently keep your hands to your side, palms facing to the front. Take deep breaths. One most common variation is to gently extend your arms up, for few long and deep breaths. Mountain pose, improves posture, balance and breathing.
